who we are
Partners in Mission (PIM) to Our Lady of Grace is a U.S.-based non-profit fund-raising initiative to support Our Lady of Grace School in Kisumu, Kenya. No outreach could be more worthy. At this pre-K to 8 school, we serve the poorest of the poor–vulnerable, orphaned, and at-risk children in an impoverished area of western Kenya.
A LITTLE HISTORY
Our Lady of Grace School was founded in 2008 in response to widespread political violence in western Kenya. The turmoil in Kisumu, an area plagued by a high rate of HIV/AIDS, made it unsafe for unescorted children to walk to school. Through the grace of God and intense effort, Fr. Martin Martiny OP founded a school for these at-risk children.

Our Lady of Grace School in Kisumu, Kenya is a port in the storm for hundreds of orphaned and vulnerable children. From the beginning, funding for Our Lady of Grace School came not from a religious congregation, but from the generosity of private donors, deeply touched by the plight of imperiled children.
